Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team for Vodafone services. The candidate will be responsible for converting prepaid customers to postpaid plans and handling MNP (Mobile Number Portability) sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing Vodafone prepaid users. Explain benefits of converting to Vodafone postpaid plans. Pitch attractive MNP offers to users from other networks and convert them to Vodafone. Understand customer needs and provide suitable plans and solutions. Maintain a daily call log and update lead status in CRM. Follow up with interested customers and ensure smooth activation process. Achieve monthly targets for conversions and port-ins. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
