Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
Handle front desk administrative tasks, including billing and basic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
