Job Description

Location: Sardhana
Department: Front Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors at the showroom in a polite and professional manner.
  • Guide customers to the right department (Sales, Service, Finance, Accessories, etc.).
  • Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and connect to concerned departments.
  • Maintain the customer waiting area to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Register customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests and escalate to the concerned team.
  • Assist with booking service appointments and test rides.
  • Manage front office documentation such as visitor logs, customer entry forms, and inquiry sheets.
  • Support the sales and service team with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, follow-ups).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and maintaining a helpful attitude.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive (automobile industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.
