Job Description :-
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:-
Answering calls, redirecting to concerned departments, and taking accurate messages.
Assisting with filing, data entry, and document management.Supporting HR/Admin teams during events, interviews, and office activities.Providing prompt assistance and addressing basic queries of clients and staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
