About the job Role Description: We are looking for a Jr. Designer / Jr. Design Engineer with an interest in design and fabrication to join our team. You will contribute to the design, development, and documentation of custom architectural components, working closely with engineering, production, and workshop teams. The role offers a balance between digital design and hands-on prototyping, with opportunities to grow in mechanical/ architectural design, manufacturing processes, and real-world project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on 3D modeling of architectural components using Rhino and other design software. Produce technical documentation for fabrication and installation. • Support the development of prototypes and workshop tests. • Coordinate with engineering, production, and workshop teams to ensure design feasibility. •Participate in quality control of produced components. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus). •Strong interest in digital manufacturing, CNC processes, and materials. • Teamwork, strong cross-disciplinary knowledge, and communication skills. • Intermediate English Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience working with materials. • Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM software. • Familiarity with Fusion 360 for mechanical design or component validation.
