Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication handling. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with necessary materials. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain accurate records of these activities. Perform data entry tasks and update records or databases as required to ensure accurate information retrieval. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments in document preparation and handling.
