About the job: We are seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Patient care Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients. Maintain sufficient stock levels of therapy materials, oils, linens, disposables, and wellness products. 10. Inform the center manager in a timely manner about low stock or replenishment needs. 11. Ensure therapy rooms, waiting areas, washrooms, and the clinic premises are maintained at high standards of cleanliness. 12. Identify and assist in resolving basic maintenance issues like lights, AC, or plumbing by coordinating with registered vendors. 13. Ensure therapists receive correct therapy materials such as oils or potlis as per individual treatment plans. Requirements: 1. Possess previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. 2.
