Responsibilities:
Greeting and Directing Visitors:Providing a welcoming and professional first impression, directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with visitors and colleagues.
Customer Service Skills:A friendly and professional demeanor is essential for providing a positive experience to visitors.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized workspace.
Technical Skills:Familiarity with phone systems, office equipment, and basic computer software.
Answering Phones:Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Administrative Support:Handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, sorting mail, making copies, and assisting with travel arrangements.
Maintaining the Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Customer Service:Addressing visitor inquiries and requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Other Duties:May include maintaining office supplies, handling basic office tasks, and assisting other staff members.
