Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, patients, visitors, and partners. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, provides excellent customer service, and supports administrative activities within the rehabilitation and healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, therapy sessions, and follow-up visits.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle patient registration, intake forms, and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare staff.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Provide information about the company’s services, facilities, and procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in administration or healthcare support is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with appointment scheduling systems or healthcare software is an advantage.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,140.74 - ₹25,607.70 per month
