Receptionist Location: Kothrud, Pune Experience: fresher / Experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role includes greeting guests, answering calls, and supporting office admin tasks. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner · Answer and direct phone calls. · Maintain a clean and organized reception area. · Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages · Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings · Support simple administrative tasks like filing and data entry Required Skills: · High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus) · 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Professional appearance and customer service orientation · Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent is required · A diploma or degree in Business Administration , Hospitality , or Office Management is a plus.
