Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist in administrative duties like filing, data entry, and document management. Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a front office or receptionist role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
