Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls appropriately. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Maintain patient records and ensure all data is updated accurately. Coordinate with physiotherapists and assist in managing their schedules. Ensure the waiting area and reception are clean, tidy, and well organized. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times. Support basic administrative tasks as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Freshers are welcome. Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0–2 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a healthcare setting). Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi]. Basic computer skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Prashant Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
