Receptionist (Fresher)

Job Summary: (Fresher will do)

We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure all data is updated accurately.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and assist in managing their schedules.
• Ensure the waiting area and reception are clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Support basic administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi].
• Basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Prashant Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
