Position Summary: We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and empathetic Receptionist to be the face of our facility. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Welcoming: Greet all patients, visitors, and staff with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Patient & Visitor Management:
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage the visitor log and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
• Answer general inquiries and provide information about company's services.
• Communication:
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, and distribute it to the relevant staff.
• Take messages and ensure they are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage appointments and scheduling for various departments (e.g., therapists, doctors).
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Assist with billing and patient record management as needed.
• Crisis & Emergency Response:
• Remain calm and professional during emergencies.
• Follow established protocols to notify appropriate staff and emergency services.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with different departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Assist with coordinating patient admissions and discharges.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or similar environment. Freshers can also apply.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with hospital management software or patient management systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
