Job Description

Position: Receptionist (Female)

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Managing incoming guest
Travel arrangements for internal team
Incoming and outgoing couriers.
Hospitality Management.
Any other administrative work as directed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages/couriers.
Schedule and manage appointments for clients and internal staff.
Maintain accurate records of visitors and calls.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Compile and update contact lists.

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate well in English, Hindi and one local language.
Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office like Word, Excel.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Strong problem solving abilities.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
