KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. · Managing packaging staff attendance. . Maintaining the scrap And petty cash. . Handling Stationary products. · Handling queries and complaints via phone and general correspondence. · Talking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time. · Handle front desk · Maintain courier IN or OUT details. · Keeping the reception area tidy & overlooks hygiene . Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive. · Keep an eye on security and telecommunications systems. · Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and provide them with the relevant information. · Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs.
