Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years

About ES Healthcare:
ES Healthcare is a trusted healthcare center providing high-quality services. We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations, patient registration, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, including collecting personal and medical details.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate patient and visitor records.
Assist with billing, generating invoices, and processing payments.
Coordinate with medical and daycare staff for smooth operations.
Respond to queries and provide information about services.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in reception, front office, or healthcare settings.
Basic knowledge of billing, registration, and payment processing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, approachable, and organized.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling, billing software).
Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area efficiently.
