Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception area, and handling incoming calls and messages. Successful receptionists possess excellent customer service, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a professional demeanor.

  • ront-Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, providing information, maintaining a tidy reception area, and controlling access to the office.
  • Communication Management: Answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, checking voicemails, and responding to emails and inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing mail and deliveries, assisting with filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Visitor Services: Directing visitors to the correct staff members, preparing visitor badges, and helping to create a welcoming environment.
  • Office Support: Assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining records of office expenses, and performing general clerical duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
