Position Overview

We're looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Telecaller & Primary Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients both in-person and over the phone.

You'll play a key role in handling front-office operations, client coordination, and initial sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner.

• Maintain and update client databases and inquiry logs.

• Share project details and explain available property options to potential buyers.

• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Support the sales team with documentation, lead tracking, and follow-up communication.

• Ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to handover to the sales team.

• Manage front-desk operations, appointments, and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 13 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or customer service).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Pleasant personality and a customer-centric attitude.
