Receptionist cum Office Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Admin Cum Front Office Executive (Female Only). The ideal candidate should have good learning skill. She will be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers to the company, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Keep updated records and files.
• Candidate should have good typing skills in both Hindi and English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attending phone call, redirecting them to the concerns.
• Handling Emails and replying to them.
• Responsible to maintain the office Hygiene and resolve queries.
• Printing, scanning documents.
• Filing and maintaining important documents.
• Helping and solving any Admin related queries raised by employees.

Must have Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication
• Multitasking
• Visitor Management
• Strong Attention to Detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
