As an Office Inventory personnel, your primary responsibilities will include handling office reception, serving as a reliever for the Information Desk by addressing customer queries, preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations for monthly reports, managing guests, planning and executing events, as well as completing any other assigned tasks. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule and provided meals. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office and a total work experience of 1 year. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.
