Skills Required

• Good communication (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
• Polite, well-spoken, and well-presented personality
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email)
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
