Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner
  • Handle visitor records and appointment scheduling

Computer & Administrative Support

  • Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document management
  • Prepare basic letters, emails, reports, and office documents
  • Maintain files (physical and digital) and update office records
  • Assist departments with routine clerical and computer-related tasks

Office Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Support staff with printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Coordinate with office assistant/office boy for daily office needs
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and visitors.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
