We are looking to hire a candidate having 1-2 years of experience as a reception cum admin executive. The job profile will be:
1. Monitoring staff attendance, salary inputs.
2. Handling Petty Cash and office expense
3. Handling office mail communication.
4. Attending office calls, clients, office visitors.
5. Managing office related overall activities and office arrangements.
6. Staff, Article work allocation through work management software.
7. Arrange clients records inwards & outwards.
Candidate should have thorough knowledge of attending calls, administrative work and people management work experience.
Job Type: Full-time – Day Shift ( 09.45 am to 06.15 pm
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 monthly (As per candidates caliber)
