Receptionist and telecaller

Job Description

Highness Cosmetic Clinic, a premium brand in skincare and aesthetic treatments, is looking for an energetic and well-spoken Female Telecaller to join our front office & customer relationship team.

You’ll be the voice that helps clients take their first step toward beauty and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound client calls professionally
• Explain our cosmetic and skincare services clearly and confidently
• Book and manage appointments using our CRM system
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them to clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Meet weekly/monthly conversion targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience
• Prior experience in cosmetic, aesthetic, skincare, wellness, or salon/clinic industry is highly preferred
• Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Presentable, patient, and client-friendly personality
