Receptionist and telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Receptionist and telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, generating leads, explaining property details, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our real estate projects.
• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide complete property details.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer database regularly.
• Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional languages will be a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate will be preferred.
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and politely.
