Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries

Coordinate meeting rooms and schedule appointments

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks

Support HR and admin teams with documentation when required

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent qualification

1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferred)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills:

Customer service orientation

Basic knowledge of office procedures

Familiarity with visitor management
