Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
Handle calls, emails, enquiries, and visitor coordination
Maintain daily cash/ledger entries and basic accounting tasks
Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Support the accounting team with documentation and data entry
Maintain office files, records, and supplies
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of accounting
MS Office proficiency
Pleasant personality & customer-friendly approach
