Real-World Evidence Analyst

You will be part of a small, fast-growing team at Mango Sciences, an AI-driven data aggregation and analytics company focused on improving operational efficiencies and quality of care in hospitals. Mango Sciences is currently working with over 350 hospitals and clinics, impacting approximately 28 million lives in India. The company has ambitious plans to expand healthcare capacity in Africa and South Asia, aiming to improve healthcare access and engage with Life Science Companies. Your role as a Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analyst will involve leveraging healthcare data to provide clinical insights to pharmaceutical industry clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing retrospective and prospective research projects. - Contribute to problem-solving discussions and offer solutions. - Manage day-to-day workstreams and collaborate with the data engineering team. - Provide regular updates to management and leadership. - Conduct in-depth research and quantitative & qualitative analysis. - Review analytical outputs for quality assurance and research publications. - Synthesize and present findings verbally and in written formats. - Develop standards and best practices for future analyses. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a quantitative, analytical discipline. - 4-6 years of relevant work experience with strong analytic and problem-solving skills. - Technical proficiency in SQL, R/Python/Other, and industry knowledge in healthcare/medical and pharmaceutical. - Experience in project management and excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).,
