Valuation Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Valuation Engineer to join our team. The role involves conducting valuations of real estate, preparing detailed valuation reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting banks, financial institutions, corporates, and individuals with accurate and reliable asset valuations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, and data collection for real estate and industrial properties.
• Perform valuation of land, residential, commercial, industrial, and special properties as per applicable guidelines.
• Analyze market trends, government ready-reckoner rates, and comparable property data to determine fair value.
• Prepare valuation reports in compliance with IVSC, RICS, IBBI, RERA, and bank-specific formats.
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and other stakeholders for information and clarifications.
• Maintain proper documentation, working papers, and digital records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
• Diploma in Civil
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, numerical, and technical skills.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
