Real Estate -Sales team lead Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Lead (Real Estate) located in Bengaluru. As a Team lead, you will be responsible for managing team performance tracking, advising and assisting property buyers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable properties, and providing all necessary information to help clients make informed decisions. Qualifications required for this role include excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, proven experience in real estate sales team lead, and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market. You should also have demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
