Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Lead (Real Estate) located in Bengaluru.
• As a Team lead you will be responsible for managing team a performance tracking.
• Advising and assisting property buyers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable properties, and providing all necessary information to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualification

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven experience in real estate sales team lead and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
