You are required to be well equipped with the skill set of selling. Your typical job role will be to sell flats for the Top Developers in Kolkata. Its a full process job, where complete training will be provided to you and complete guidance will be provided at every step.
Key Responsibilities :
* Handle inbound and outbound customers calls
*Follow up with the leads and convert them in to site visits
*Conduct property showings and explain project details
*Understand client requirements and recomended suitible option
*Negotiate and close sales details
*Mentain sales reports and manage CRM updates
*Achive monthly and quatarly targets
