We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused professionals who can build relationships, manage prospective buyers, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective property buyers and understand their budget, preferences, location requirements, and purchase plans.
• Explain suitable residential real estate projects and provide accurate project information.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate property site visits and communicate with developer representatives.
• Understand customer concerns, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to move qualified buyers toward booking.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and provide timely updates.
• Escalate complex negotiations and approvals to the reporting manager.
• Work toward sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Good follow-up discipline and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand customer needs and build trust.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, telesales, field sales, or other sales roles is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
• Comfortable with office-based work and property site visits as required.
