Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in plot sales. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential/commercial plots to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details, location benefits, and legal aspects.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot sales.
• Good knowledge of real estate market trends, legal documents, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
