Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. 2. Sales and Revenue Growth: • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting leads into deals. • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual and legal requirements are met. 3. Client Relationship Management: • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and concerns. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, enhancing client value and revenue growth. • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry. Requirements: • 6months – 1yrs of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the real estate industry.
