Job Description

Responsibilities- · Responsible for generating sales. · Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns · Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections · Collaborate with team to achieve better results. · Responsible for generating business for the company. · Able to meet sales target · Able generate references from existing clients. · Coordinating with Clients as per the Requirements. · Should be a team player. · Able to understand the products and services offered by the company. · Able to deliver sales pitches confidently and promptly. · Take initiatives on their own to close sales. Desired Candidate Profile- · Good communication skills. · Confident and should have positive approach towards team. · Able to connect with clients on immediate basis, understanding of their requisitions. · Flair for sales and Marketing. · Should have Go Getter and able to achieve targets. · Able to understand team and individual goals as well. · Fast learner and passion for sales. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. · The candidates should be Graduate or Degree Holder. · Preferably should have minimum 6months of experience in the respective field.
