Role & responsibilities Making outbound calls to potential clients (On Data) Providing information about the projects Updating databases with client information Scheduling appointments for property viewings Following up on inquiries Maintaining customer relationships Qualifying leads Setting up property viewings Following up with potential and past clients Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business. Meet and exceed lead/meeting targets and activity-based targets. Preferred candidate profile Communication : Persuading customers to purchase from a company Active listening : Understanding the needs of clients and presenting suitable property solutions Technology knowledge : Using technology to support sales Persistence : Following up with clients to generate future sales Product knowledge : Understanding the features of properties Organization : Keeping databases updated with client information Collaboration : Working with the sales team to identify leads and schedule property viewings Patience : Handling objections and closing sales effectively Perks and benefits Handsome Incentive plans Office timings- 10:30am -6:30pm (8hrs including break time) Refreshment / snacks provided by the company Career oriented organization and we help employee to grow
