Job Title: Real Estate Sales

Job Location: Dasak, Nashik Road

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding every square inch of the site and be able to answer any question about the bungalows.
• Guiding prospects through the buying process. Understanding their needs and priorities and answering their questions to make sale.
• Collecting prospects information accurately.
• Following up with prospects regularly through phone calls.
• Answering phone inquiries.
• Working with customers throughout the closing process and managing all documents and transactions.
• Keeping social media pages active and answering questions online.
• Giving walkthroughs of the property to all visiting prospects.

Job Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of residential real estate sales and marketing and paperwork
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to speak Marathi, Hindi and English
• Must have strong sense of work ethic
