Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant for Real Estate premium villa projects based in Thrissur, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with potential clients, conduct property presentations, and maintain strong relationships with prospective premium clients. You will be expected to understand client requirements, offer tailored solutions, negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
