Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, focusing on both commercial and residential properties. The role is located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include guiding clients through the real estate buying process, providing expert advice backed by market data, maintaining transparent and ethical practices, ensuring verified listings with zero brokerage surprises, and offering personalized support from consultation to possession.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property
• Customer Service experience and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in market analysis and property evaluations
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is beneficial
