Role: Real Estate Sales Associate

Type: 100% Commission-Based (No fixed salary)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties developed by DNS Homes Pvt. Ltd.
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Build your own team under our MLM income system and unlock multiple earning streams.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings.

What We Offer:

• Commission up to 14% of the deal value (no income cap).
• MLM-based earning structure including direct income, matching income, and sponsor bonuses.

Example of Earnings:

If you sell a plot of 1200 sq.ft. @ ₹850/sq.ft., the total value comes to ₹10,20,000.
On this, you will receive a 5% commission = ₹51,000.

This is just the starting point. Additional commissions and incentives are available, which will be disclosed during the interview.

Important Note:

There is an onboarding charge applicable, details of which will also be explained during the interview process.

Who Can Apply:

• Highly motivated individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
• Prior experience in real estate, insurance, sales, or network marketing will be an added advantage.
• Must be open to a commission + MLM income system (no fixed salary).

Earning Potential:

Your income depends on your performance – earn up to 14% commission on direct deals plus MLM-based income from team growth and sponsor bonuses.
