Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Vice President/Team Head at Bullmen Realty India Pvt Ltd, your role involves building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and explaining the customers about the properties. You will be responsible for developing Bullmen Realty as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Building a good working relationship with clients by calling on leads provided by the company and maintaining and developing relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business, call/meet clients for need analysis, facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller, and close sales by submitting all relevant documents to the seller. Understanding the core values of the company and its goals will be crucial, as you are expected to report on sales activities to top management with a current and futuristic benchmark. Developing sales strategies, visualizing and achieving set targets, possibly dealing with major customer accounts, and tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures for reporting purposes are also part of your responsibilities.
