Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Rajarhat. The Real Estate Pre-sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our projects, assisting them in site visits, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with the sales team and provide necessary support in closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales skills in the Real Estate domain
  • Target oriented closing ability
  • Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convert leads into sale
  • Experience in CRM software
  • Experience in the local market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
