Job Title: Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive (Junior – Female Only) Location: Bangalore (Office + Field Coordination) Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Pre-sales / Inside Sales Salary: ₹30,000/month + Incentives About Genesis Realcap: Genesis Realcap offers advisory-based real estate investment solutions in fast-growing markets like North Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads through CRM, digital campaigns, referrals, and portals Conduct initial qualification calls to understand customer requirements Schedule site visits and coordinate logistics with field sales team Maintain timely follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, and email Update and maintain CRM entries on every touchpoint Provide documentation support and client hand-holding through the process Support field executives during visits on weekends if required Communicate with clients professionally, ensuring timely updates and resolutions Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales, customer support, or inside sales Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi preferred) Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms Willing to work flexible schedules (including Sat/Sun coordination) Working Days: 6 Days a week Sat/Sun availability for coordination is mandatory Benefits: Fixed salary + incentive per site visit or conversion Internet + mobile bill reimbursement On-job training & fast-track growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: Real estate sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
