Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Chandigarh (Zirakpur) Job Type: Full Time Experience Required: 2-5 years Salary: As per industry standards Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. A strong grasp of digital marketing tools and techniques is essential, along with the ability to create and edit engaging video content for ad campaigns and social media. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and ROI targets. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Create, edit, and optimize video content for use in advertisements and social media posts. Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Track and report campaign results regularly with insights and improvement strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, social media ads, and digital video formats. Requirements: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager , Meta Ads Manager , Google Analytics , and Tag Manager . Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure. Experience in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. Nice to Have: Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint . Experience with remarketing, pixel setup, and conversion tracking. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
