Position Overview:As a Real Estate Agent in NOIDA, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your primary responsibility is to represent clients in real estate transactions, facilitate negotiations, and provide expert guidance to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify potential clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Property Sales and Leasing:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.

Market Analysis:Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
Conduct comparative market analysis to assess property values and provide clients with accurate information.

Documentation and Legal Processes:Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
Guide clients through the entire process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.

Networking:Attend networking events, industry conferences, and community activities to build a strong professional network.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for real estate.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
