As a Real Estate Admin & Transaction Coordinator at Houseeo Realty Inc. Brokerage, located in Mississauga, you will be responsible for coordinating real estate transactions from offer acceptance to closing. Your role will involve ensuring accurate, complete, and timely paperwork while tracking deadlines, conditions, deposits, and closing timelines. Managing professional email communication and follow-ups with realtors, builders, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and clients will be crucial, along with editing and customizing Canva templates for various real estate materials. Providing daily administrative support to realtors, including CRM updates, document management, appointment coordination, inspections, workflows, and compliance paperwork, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate real estate transactions from offer acceptance to closing - Manage professional email communication and follow-ups with stakeholders - Edit and customize Canva templates for various real estate materials - Provide daily administrative support to realtors Qualifications: - Prior experience in administration or transaction coordination - Proficiency in Canva (editing templates is mandatory) - Excellent email writing & follow-up skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across time zones - High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Houseeo Realty Inc.
