Knowledgeable in city, county, state, and local permits, Traffic Control and specialty permits (e.g., UPRR, Caltrans, etc.), easement right away and various environmental permits, construction standards and guidelines are highly desired Responsible for task management. Plan and lead execution of all tasks. Ensures effective delegation of all assigned tasks to Fiber Engineers team, risk identification, mitigation, and escalations Works hand-on both technically and functionality in terms of engineering & monitoring of the Perform Out-Side Plant (OSP) complex projects in cost-effective as well as with high degree of quality submittals while meeting or exceeding all client deadlines and communicate challenges and updates to clients as needed. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is a MUST. Strong AutoCAD skills 1-2 years of experience in OSP projects is required for experienced position and 0-1year for Freshers. Expertise Needed: Experience in FTTX/ FTTP Planning and designing of several fiber networks and scopes. Experience on network design applications like AutoCAD, 3-GIS, ArcGIS Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational and external customer communications. Experience with making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent is a MUST. Minimum 5 years of experience is required Strong computer skills (databases, processes and administrative) and ability to CAD with comprehensive knowledge and skill for more complex applications to include Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArcGIS/ESRI, ICGS, 3GIS, Google Earth, etc. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Minimum 4 years as an Outside Plant Engineer. AT&T Aramis experience is a plus.
