Expertise Needed: Experience in FTTX/ FTTP Planning and designing of several fiber networks and scopes. Experience on network design applications like AutoCAD, 3-GIS, ArcGIS Excellent verbal and written skills for inter-organizational and external customer communications. Experience with making independent decisions based on policies, practices and project requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
