React.js+PHP Developer

You will be joining a fast-growing IT services and consulting firm that specializes in end-to-end digital transformation across finance, healthcare, and retail sectors. As a Front-end Developer, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining responsive front-end components using React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and pixel-perfect implementation. You will design and implement RESTful APIs and back-end logic in PHP, integrating with MySQL databases for reliable data storage and retrieval. Collaboration with UX/UI designers and product owners to translate wireframes and user stories into high-quality code will be essential. Additionally, you will write clean, modular, and well-documented code following coding standards, version control best practices, and automated testing protocols. Conducting code reviews, identifying performance bottlenecks, troubleshooting application issues, and implementing optimizations will also be part of your role. Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement is expected. The required skills and qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of hands-on experience building web applications with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Proficiency in Redux or React Context/API for state management - Solid experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter - Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and MySQL database schema design - Familiarity with Git version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows - Good grasp of web security best practices, performance tuning, and cross-platform compatibility Preferred qualifications include experience with front-end testing tools like Jest and Enzyme, as well as PHP unit testing with PHPUnit. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is valued. Basic knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js for enhanced performance and scalability is also a plus.
